We tried two times this winter/spring to have Stephen, Sarah, Matthias & Anita visit from VA. Unfortunately, both times their kids came down dreadfully sick on the day they were to come. So we scheduled this summer visit months ago, hoping germs would be gone! Third time's the charm!
They arrived on Friday night, just in time for pizza, a walk around the neighborhood, and a visit to the neighborhood park.
Saturday was hot and perfect for a morning at the reservoir. The water was warm, and we all enjoyed it.

After a little rest, the kids played around the house for a bit before we headed to a park to play before dinner.

Amelia and Matthias were pretty attached much of the weekend. Isn't it funny how much you can adore another kid who is not your sibling?
